A Current Management Problem
I have recently just joined Nu Alpha Phi and as a new member I have a lot of work thrown on my plate. I currently hold 3 positions within the fraternity and the workload actually adds up to more then most other people would normally have to deal with. At the same time I usually have to pick up the slacks for my other brothers who get lazy or just aren't as focused. During the first two weeks of school I had to get new members interested in joining our fraternity so there was a lot of contacting people and trying to organize events, and to make sure everyone gets to the right place. Internally I hold a position that is responsible for contacting all the other members and keeping them up to date with whats going on, so even events that I don't plan or know much about I have to find out in order to relay the information. This is becoming difficult for me to manage with school work and fraternity work while also looking for a job but I can't afford to slack off on any of the three.

I can completely understand the pressure of picking up the slack for others. As for looking for a job on top of all your fraternity requirements and school work...well, good luck to ya! It's so hard to find a decent paying job right now. Actually, a job at all. You should try and talk to your other brothers, I'm sure they would understand if you talked to them. Otherwise, just use brute force!
