Decision Making
When I had found out that we were able to change the format of the next test, the first thing that jumped into my mind was being able to get a higher grade on the next exam, although as soon as I found out that we had to come to a 100% class consenses on things I became a little more unsure. I believe at first I stuck more with the "Avoidance" personality since there was so many people trying to talk over each other I didn't feel like bothering to waste my breath. It became sort of chaotic and idoitic that a lot of people were saying the same thing over and over like no more multiple multiple choice when we aready got that out of the way, and the fact that we were on a strict time limit didn't help much either. Towards the end I became more of the "Compromise" type when I learn that obviously we weren't going to be able to ask for the impossible, although most people were just trying to get free points out without offering a fair trade off, but the situation like 5 True and False in the end worked out pretty fine. I actually didn't see any problem with the True and False, I don't know if it's just me but it seem like most people forgot the with True and False you have a 50% shot versus a straight up multiple choice test that only gives you a 25% shot. In the end I believe our class consenses on the test came out pretty well, could it have been better? Yes, but I'm still satisfied with the results since it seemed like we got more then other classes would normally get.

An Eggs-cellent Way to Plan
As soon as we were given the egg planning activity my group started coming up with ideas even before the 20 minute planning was given. Overall I believed my group followed the planning steps to at least some extent. We had came up with multiple ideas each and then we tried to play off each others ideas to come up with a solid consensus, at first I was the one who was volunteered to be the one to get in front to drop the egg, but as soon as we found out the extra stipulations of having to have our arm straight we quickly changed to find a different group member since I was the tallest one and it would put us at a disadvantage. We soon came up with the idea which seemed most plausible while staying in accordance with all the rules especially the 50% visible one. We all had our assigned jobs of cutting the straws, holding the egg, or dealing with the tape. Our overall plan was to reinforce the bottom of the egg with a layer of tape, followed but cut pieces of straws with the air still inside, followed by a tee-pee style base to put it in, overall I would say our idea seemed valid in theory but when applied it proved otherwise.
For those of you who may reply my group was the first one to go with “Chicken Little”.
